hello digitalpoint I am currently looking for someone to make a modification to my signup form on my website. I am looking to have the field split into 2 sections similar to the way how the facebook signup works. I have a budget of 60$ to get the changes done. The form that I am using is a custom form. Please note that I am not entirely sure of the location of the form that is being used and it's the developers responsibility to find the location of the form files. I will aid as best as possible.
