    Well your ad code will be used to display ads on all pages in your category and you check the earnings directly with your ad network (google, adbrite whatever you choose). You will get your check directly from your ad network. You check the number of impressions, clicks etc everything from your ad network. You can also check the source code of any of the pages in your category at any time to make sure your ad code is being used.
