Hi All, I am on the hunt for people enthusiastic about fitness / health / body building / wieght loss and are good at writing to become moderators at The Protein Whey forums. If this sounds like you then please do check out my forum. We are looking for new moderators (we pay via a google adsense profit share system). Unfortunately I find that paying for posts promotes posts that dont have good value where-as if it is revenue sharing the better the post the more money it will bring in.. Also try out some math. You would probably charge anything from 0-0.50 per post and all as you would need on each thread would be one click on the advert.
Just wait for your members to build up, and just offer someone who has a mature attitude, and its active, to become moderator.
