Couple things. 1. You cannot post offers or ask people to post offers here. They can email or pm you however. 2. Budget? Without knowing number two and if this is a serious request it's just not gonna be worth quoting without knowing where you're at price wise. Something like this is not going to be cheap. So unless you want a bunch of BS offers I'd suggest listing some type of budget.
