Basically, the revenue model has to be based on advertising (using banners, pop-ups, video ads etc.) and has to be perfectly optimzed to maximize revenues. Why do you need to use paid advertising? Why don't you get a SEO expert or at least knowledgeable in this field also? I would like to know more... it's very open and hard to grasp what it is - that you want. For instance do you need the app's or sites built from scratch? Hosting? Domains? I would be interested - but I don't want to get into a field where I am not knowledgeable or would be in over my head. Also what's your budget? Feel free to PM me and discuss further...

I'm not seeking facebook likes or someone who is good in SEO. the revenue model of my idea is based on publishing advertisement and therefore I'm looking for an expert who knows how to apply and optimize the use of different vehicles in order to drive revenues. Let's take a webhosting website as an example such as megupload or hotfile etc. Their revenue model was/is based on publishing advertisements on their websites and not on the premium accounts they are (were) offering. Unfortunately these websites are involved and illegal activities (at least some of them such as megaupload) and don't have a sustainable business model. Anyway, I'm looking for someone who has particular expertise in this field (the advertising part).

If you are talking about an income model based on the sale of ads on your site the first thing you are going to need is develop a site that has lots of targeted traffic. I would focus on creating quality content, seo and generating massive traffic. Without the traffic you won't be selling any advertising.
