I need the following items:
Guaranteed RAM should be at least 1 GB .
Disk space should be at least 70 GB .
Also bandwitdth should be at least 2 TB a month .

This service should includes Cpanel/WHM license as well .

Pay attention Im looking for only full managed VPS offers .

myhosting.com has some really cheap vps at really good prices

 

some of vps offers are really good i am using hostgator where always have problem of lack of memory or process - it stop ms sql, named service own its own after high number of hits and even they dont have notification system if your vps goes down or sites are not browsable.

i am paying hefty amount of 50 usd for only 30 gig but its not worth really.

Its quite good budget 50 USD is good enough for small portion of server. Else why shouldn't we got for dedicated one.
