I've been using WebFusion for the last two years but have had enough of their non-existent support so looking for a new UK based alternative. I'm no server expert and don't have the time/inclination to learn so ideally I'm looking for a managed solution or at least a provider that is proactive when dealing with load issues, errors, etc. Most of the sites are WordPress so looking at Linux hosting with php, MySql, mod_rewrite, .htaccess, etc. Been using Plesk for 4+ years but not averse to different control panel.
