What you want is not clear actually and how you will copy the designs from an existing site. I think some new and unique design is better.
You can not copy design from existing site because, firstly it's not possible, secondly it's not legal. What you can do, to find some designer and front end developer and they could create some unique design based on that what your found. Or, if it's that design, what your saw, one which has been publicly sold, that means you can buy the same copy from an author of that design. It's not so good to have site which is actually copy of some one else, it's much better that you have unique site design, it looks more professional.
