Looking for Long Time Desinger

Hey guys I am looking for a couple of long term designers. I'm gonna be opening a few blogs of my own, a forum and I'm also gonna be flipping websites and blogs. So your gonna constantly have designs to work on. All I want are logos and banners, nothing else. I'm not looking to pay anymore than $10 per banner or logo. I believe I can pay cheap because I'm always gonna be giving you business, its not just a one time design. So if your interested please show some of your banners and logos below.

p.s i am also looking for someone to be online AIM or MSN a lot. payments will be sent via paypal
