Buying Looking for long term writer for writing "how to" articles on money saving

I'm looking for a good article writer for my newest website. As this site doesn't have any content yet you can expect a lot of work from me. We are talking about 100++ articles,

I will give you the title of the article I need, for example: "How to Save Money on a Wedding", I then expect that you do some research and send me an article with the needed steps for saving money on a wedding. Formatting can me be similar to http://www.wikihow.com/Save-Money-on-Electricity. The length of the article should be 400-500 words

I'm looking for someone that:

• Can writer proper English without any mistakes
• Can do some research and write unique articles that pass Copyscape (100% unique) and are SEO friendly.
• Has English as their native language
• Accepts PayPal
• Accepts that I'd like to retain full ownership of all the articles with complete copyright to use and publish them.

Before I choose my writer I will ask you for an example article. I would like one person and not a team of writers.
