Buying Looking for Long Term Website Designer

    I'm looking for someone who can design a unique variety of templates that matches my requirements. The template requirements will be roughly the same, but I require each one to look unique -> must be creative.

    I only need the PSD file. How it will work is I will give you a website that I like, and you will need to redesign it to look unique (can't look like you ripped off the site). My pay is $20 per template (negotiable). I'm looking for quality designs. Payment will always be after the template is delivered through paypal. Approximate # required: > 50

    Requirements:
    work done on time, no excuses or delays (if you tell me a time frame, you must meet it)
    prefer someone from the US, I require tax forms when we exceed $400

    If I catch you using copyrighted pictures without permission, I will not pay for the template, and you will be dropped. If you use stock photos, you must tell me where it came from.

    What I need:
    PM me only, I will not look on this board. Please put the title of this thread as your title. Give me approximate number of templates you can complete a week. Typical templates include a header, left nav, body, and footer -> 1 page. Photoshop only.

    I need samples of your previous work. I will reply to those I'm interested in. Thanks.

    You want someone from the US to design templates for $20 each and you expect quality, timeliness, and no copyright violations? lol Goooood luck. My grandpa always said: You get what you pay for.

    Anyway, I'm going to add a few more details. If you're overseas, as long as you can fill out necessary tax forms, please message me.

    The $20 / template is a base price. We will work from there. I'm looking for templates in volume -> I require that they look unique from each other so no one can tell that they are similar. I pretty much need bulk templates in just a few niches.

    Please send me your samples as well as the price you're looking for. I only want the PSD file.

    I have a very high quality portfolio and I can work very fast. But $20, that's definitely not my price. I'm also not from US, but I know I do qualify well for this project IF the price was worth it. Check my signature for portfolio. That's the 'quality' i'm talking about :)
