Looking for long-term relationship programmer (Rails Development)

    Hello,

    We are a small web development company (4 people). Infact mostly family. What are looking for another team-member who can work in a friendly enviornment yet still be absolutely professional. We have developed all of our previous projects in the LAMP mindset.

    Right now we have decided all future projects will be in Rails. So we are looking for a rails developer who can take us through this journey.

    Obvious requirements:
    Ruby Profeciency
    Rails Experience (can develop a project without looking in the manual every couple minutes)

    Pluses:
    PHP
    Mysql
    AJAX
    Javascript
    Photoshop Experience
    Web-designing
