Looking for long term designer who............

    Looking for experienced designer who can create 1 homepage PSD a month, be creative with different types of designs and is affordable. Ideally below $100 per PSD which will increase as we progress and have a good working relationship. I need someone first and foremost RELIABLE.......i cant reiterate that enough reliability is the key.

    You will be producing PSD's of which will be coded by us into full sites and will then be sold on a store so the full rights of the PSD must belong to us.

    If this is something you could work with please get in touch, I will be needing two up front and i will request to see your previous designs.

    No i mean the first order will be for 2 PSD's , although payment will be made upon completion of each PSD. After working with large numbers of people over the years i no longer pay upfront after the amount of money lost from people who take the money and run.

    Thank you for all the replies , Alot of very talented people contacted me but i choose someone that i believe will be the best fit for what i need. If any thing else comes up i will consider the other applicants.
