Buying Looking for long term commitment writers who are comitted at work!

I've few writers and at the moment we are in need of more content that they're able to supply. So, need to hire 2 writers that can work on long term basis. This will be monthly on-going work. There are the few things you have to rethink before apply.
1. I'm not gonna pay for copy paste, I need only original content.
2. Payment will be done on weekly, monthly basis or at your willingness.
3. You must be good with your commitment, with the flow of work we can't wait for you to send us articles by late. You would left unpaid if you're bad at your commitment.
4. Need dedicated guys who can work with us and they're not looking to waste their time at searching jobs.
5. I'd prefer new writers and I'll guide you personally so you can send us SEO and SERP articles.
Learning would be another good chance for you.
I can only pay you $1 per 200 words.
