Just so everyone knows, 200 words a day for $15 a month equals 0.0025 cents per word. That is one-quarter of one penny per word.
I hope writers value their work more than to take a job like this, which is basically slave wages. You should be paying them at least $300 a month for this type of work, or min 50% revenue share.
