I am looking for a few sole advertisers that would like a long term deal at my website. My spot on the web is www geekforhim dot com. I have 2 spots of 125x125 that do NOT rotate and a 300x250 that is right below the fold. I also have a banner ad available on the top of the site. I am saving for a macbook and looking to sell these long term, I am thinking about 1 to 2 years worth of advertising. I average around 40 uniques a day with over 125 pageviews, time on the site is around 3:27 right now.
