Looking for links builder.

    Hi looking for a links builder that can get me related links for around USD3.5USD to USD4 a link.

    You can do
    recip linking - you provide the recip location.
    Directory submissions

    or whatever as long as its related.

    Requirements are:
    One-way links that pass rank (no redirects, nofollow etc) on pages that are indexed in google (defined as being found by the cache: query). Homeapge of link page should have at least PR2.

    Looking for people long term if they can do this.

    Links must be on different sites.

    Well there are many niches as most of the work is for clients . Generally, I give you a few sites of my own to do so I can see what type of quality you provide and if you understand my requirement and then afterwards, I pay you and give you a list of links for the next batch.

    Can you guys PM me pls for a list of say 3 links
