    Well, I am willing to pay for permanent backlinks(not submissions) If you do submission service,it's fine,but I'll only pay for the ones that were accepted.
    $7/100 links(different anchor text). no link farms.
    In addition,I'll pay $3 for each pr5 links and $5 for pr6 links
