Well I got an idea but lack of resources. As I told DP, I am not from USA so I am not illegible at prosper.com to ask for a loan.

I have already some small funds for this project but seems too far for me to complete...

Because this idea is solid and has a lifetime earning potential, I am offering members of this forum to take part into this project.

    What to do?

Cost of 1 share is $28.50 which is 0.66% of the whole project capital. You can take more than 1 share at a time.

For example, you share $28.50 which is equivalent to 0.71%, you will get 0.66% of the net profit of the site per month for the time the sites exists.. All transactions will be transparent and all members/shareholders will be provided with the lists of fellow shareholders.

Let me know if you are interested. I cannot reveal the idea unless the fund is completed and the project is ready to get started that's why I am asking not too big amount for any interested members.

The fund will be sent via paypal through www.xoom.com for security purposes..

Is there going to be legal documentation to show that I own a part of the company if I invest?

No too sure if i would like to part with cash for shares without having an idea what i will be investing in, it would be more like a lottery than an investment.

How many shares will you sell? How will this site make money? Ads? Product? How many years do you have the domain for? What do you mean "for the time the sites exists"? What would make them not exist? How will I be paid? When do you expect payments? What are your projected earnings? How much of your money are you using?
Thanks if i have more questions I will let you know.

How many shares will you sell?
    Total shares of 150

How will this site make money?

From teachers and advertisements (adsense, paid links, banners).

How many years do you have the domain for?

Will register the domain for 10 years and renew after that.

    How will I paid?
You will be paid through bank deposit.

    When do you expect payments?
All shareholders should expect their share earnings every 30th day of the next month.

    What are your projected earnings?
For the first month, I will be projecting at least $20/day. I will exponentially increase while the site gains more traffic. Target after 5 months is $6K to $8K/month or higher depending on promotion.

How much of your money are you using?
I will be using $1800 of my own funds.

Is there going to be legal documentation to show that I own a part of the company if I invest?
We will be having a notarized agreement for those who bought more than 5 shares.

No too sure if i would like to part with cash for shares without having an idea what i will be investing in, it would be more like a lottery than an investment.
Sorry Sir but the whole idea will not be revealed without sighing an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

Furthermore, dealing with small number of shareholder is easy than dealing with bigger number so it's better if the number of shares be sold out to few members.

I dont think that anyone will invest for you... as the info is not adequate.. u need to start a website as a LLC to collect funds.. otherwise people wont trust you but they may be ready to risk say $10.....
