looking for latest posts plugin with hover effect

    Hi
    I am looking for a plugin that displays the feature image and heading of the latest posts and when you hover over them the text expands

    Something similar to maxbounty.com home page under latest news
    Dont need the image to change just the black box to appear

    Also need it in a grid left to right

    any ideas or plugins widgets that can do this

    you can easily do it with jquery or just even CSS
