Looking for LAN chat Software

    Hey Dp'ers
    I am looking for some LAN chat software a open source/free IM client to communicate with other client computers on my LAN.
    I tried on Sourceforge but didnt got any real good softies...

    Any help would be really appreciated

    Try LanTalk or Trillian Pro.
    Trillian Pro is really great. You can log into your IM acounts of Yahoo, AIM, ICQ, MSN (and Lan) at the same time..

    Why dont you use DC++ where in you can share files and chat at the same time I use it for my LAN

    When i had a lan i used Odc and lantalk :) they are both great
