Looking for Keyword Suggestion Services from some expert

looking for someone to help us find the niche categories on which we can work.

We will need the following.

Keyword Suggestions with estimated traffic for those keywords (Please note that the estimates shouldnt be vague and should be close to actual traffic).

We will need to see some sample work or report in order to proceed with this.

we are not looking for suggestions from online keyword suggestion tools only as they do not offer the correct stats many a times. We need a real expert.

I'm sorry but I just want to tell you that your "expert" will probably tell you stats from some online tool like that.

 

i know that most ppl use and will use online tools only, but i want that the person should have experience with somewhat accurate predictions of traffic.
