Looking for Keyword Density Analyzer tool

Hi All,

I am looking for a "Keyword Density Analyzer" tool that will do the following:

1. Analyse a webpage in order to suggest keywords that exist on the page.
2. Analyse a webpage in order to suggest keyword phrases that exist on the page.
3. Show the keyword density of the keyword(s) and phrases it finds.

I would preferably software that can be downloaded, however online would also do.

I don't remember any tool with such characteristics, but I do remember a site which offers a step by step information to get the information you want.

The problem is that I lost the link, but google it for "how determine keyword density", the keywords that brought the results, if my memory serves me well.

I found "e3KWD (Keyword Density) Check 2.5b build 140" a free tool, I found it at download.com.
