Ok guys , I am only able to offer $50 for this job , it shouldnt be too hard if you know joomla , its just a case of merging css files and grabbing a header from one template and putting on another. Basically , there is a template which has the style and functions that a client needs but it needs the header from another template. I need this done quickly too , in the next couple of hours. I will provide you with both templates and a joomla platform to work on with FTP details if needed.
