Looking For Java Programmer

Im looking for a java programmer that can do 5 very easy programming tasks for me. The tasks i need done are very simple tasks that are meant for beginners to java programming. I need the tasks programmed in Editplus Or Bluej. I will pay good money for whoever wants to do it.

I need a website code that will do basic calculations for me. It will basicly calculate the commission that user will pay.

Here is the example. User type the amount of 100 it will calculate the comissions step by step.
Min Amount= Constant number
0-20-->15%
21-50-->10%
51-150-->5%

For 100 commission user should pay: Min Amount + 20x15% + 30x10% + 50x5% = xxx

I want flexable code, let say the rates is for convertin "A" to "B". When i want to convert "B" to "A" it will calculate differently. There will be several min amounts and several A B C D variables to convert with different rates. User will chose the initial input will write the amount then will select the output and then will see the result.
