Looking for investors - Online 'private equity' group - 9 others needed!

    I would be interested in this kind of deal, but I think you should just take 3-4 people at 5K a piece. It's easier to deal with a smaller group. And there would have to be significant legal documentation in place to protect everybody.

    Perhaps a smaller group would be better, but at the moment I personally only have the ability to invest $1500-$2000, as I'm already likely to be investing $3000 in another company. But perhaps it could be a smaller group with some investing more than others, but obviously having a larger stake in the group.

    Update:
    There are currently 3 potential investors (4 including me). I would like at least 5 investors in total, each investing $1500-$2000.
    It is also likely an offshore company will be formed for the group.
