ok basically i need $400 to start up a torrent site, which is for 2 DEDI's that ive already picked out ($175 each) and a VPS, along with the domain name. i plan on making the invested money back in at the LONGEST a month (from donations), ill pay you back 1.5 what you gave me at the beginning, which is $600. it will be a private tracker that has warez material on it so if you dont like that kind of stuff this isnt for you. let me know if your interested.
