I have great project in mind, but short on funds as i need most of it for the college. I'm looking for investor who can invest each month into the project, split share of 50% / 50%. my idea is to create a big spot on the web, that will talk about many niches and will have a unique text that will rank and bring lots of organic traffic, then add a forum, market place, etc. you can add anything you want to it, i already started the development of my domain bigspot.net but really short on cash i am paying 2c/word for the creation of quality news articles (long run shoot) and with so many niches i have i can't pay for all of that. i'm also doing SEO all by myslef and coding some parts of WordPress to suite it, etc. The template needs to be recoded with some better ideas i have, basically it will have a summary of each niche and summary of the forum posts, etc. some ads and stats.
