I have an idea for a website, primarily to be based on traffic ad revenue like google adsense and amazon purchase referrals. So, it will make its money essentially on advertising. But, I am not a very capable site builder or internet marketer. Also, I want to spend as absoluteltly little money as possible on this venture. I do however own the domain I want for the business. I do know what I want for the site, but I need a partner to help me create it. They have to be very capable in web design and internet marketing, but we would go in as 50-50 partners. So you have an idea and a domain name and that's all you're bringing to the table? Let's say I'm a VERY savvy full time successful internet marketer. What's in your offer for me? Just 50% of your idea if I do all the work? You may want to rethink this a bit. Just a thought.
Yeah my thoughts are the same. I run a network of 6 sites at the moment but my network has turned over at least 10 others so I know what I am talking about. You can't go into a problem like this with the attitude that you have about the . If you are 100% behind your idea you will be willing to spend all the money needed on it to get it going because you know full well that you will get a good return on your investment. Having this 50/50 approach shows that you have a lack of cash that you are willing to spend on your idea and it seems like you are trying to share the risk with someone else. To make this more attractive to a potential partner you need to be pitching your idea and be putting as much funding as possible behind the project. Just talking from experience. Web-Master
