I run a online ecomerce store, with that being said I have a few questions that I hope some experts can help me with.

My understnading of PR is it means "page rank" and SERP "search engine results page"

I run a small business and am just trying to get more traffic to my website. Everyone says on page seo is the key to success. My problem is i sell over 900 different products Its impossible to optimize seo for the domain name when I have different products.

I am not going to list my site here if some one is willing to help me with this I will send my site to them and they can judge what I am doing (right or wrong)

If anyone out there can do any REAL SEO or can help me with getting higher SERP. I would welcome a message.

My website current rankings as of today

    Alexa Global 244,232
    Alexa US 86,136
    Google index 1870
    Bing Index 1200
    Moz PA 31
    Moz DA 32
    Traffic Last 28 days 5,828
    Search refferals 4,947 92.1% google 3.3% bing 2.2% yahoo
Link Refferals last 28 days 2522

Again If anyone has some REAL Serp or SEO Insights PLEASE feel free to message me.....

It is not like you cannot do SEO for all those 900 products, but I think you have to initially target for top 10 keywords of the niche related to your website. Once you start ranking for those top 10 keywords then I think it is not any big issue to perform SEO for rest.

Moreover try sending newsletters every week, write enormous guest posts (do not blindly submit in some crappy websites), perform press releases every often. Moreover create a blog like yourdomain.com/blog and write positive articles related to your products, and link the product link there. You can expect leads through that.

The above said best as of my knowledge, as I have tried this with one of the eCommerce website.

I believe that it is possible to do the SEO for all pages (and the associated products on the site). I have broken down our approach to three categories:

    1. On Page Content
    2. Backlinks
    3. Social

By following these steps, we are seeing amazing results.

    Task Name
    On Page - Content
    Create/Update Description for All Pages
H1 does not need to include keyword
Create/Update five H2 headings for All Pages - Does not need keyword but synonyms are good.
Include keyword in title - near front
Include a description with the keyword
5 to 10 images for each page ratio of 1 image :100 words
Alt text string 5 - 10 words for images
Build page content over time. Add 50 words at a time. Do this by adding project descriptions. Target 600-700 words on a page
Add one or two video(s) per page
Put rel="author' tag on 20% of pages
Links - Hard or long keyword string links internally (using keywords)
Links - Soft External - Outbound 3 per page (optional and we are not sure that this works yet)
    Backlinks
Get high profile / high quality sites. It is better to get one link from a high domain authority site and page authority page than 100 from junk spammy sites.
Blogs - relevant to your industry and your customers
Press Release - useful and interesting information
    Factors
Number of Backlinks x Quality Multiplier (including negative). Do not get spamming links, they not only do not have a positive effect, our results show that they dilute the power of the positive links.
Backlinks with no follow (20-30%). Yes, it is good to have some no follow links.
Backlinks with stop word # eg click here, more information.
Deep linking mix 30 - 50% home page
Multi-word links with inclusion of key word or synonym on 40%
Links from high SEO visibility websites
    Links from same country sites
    Social
Correlate - Do not necessarily cause.
    Google +1
    FB Shares
    FB Likes

    I hope this helps.

    Adam
