I'm based in the UK but I'm looking for links for information on setting up one or more businesses in the USA. My bank says they should be fine to set me up with a US-based bank account, but I need to collect as much information as possible - especially on incorporation, sales tax, and employment. If anyone else here from the UK already operating a business within the US, I wouldn't mind some comments on issues relating to transfer of funds out of the US to the UK. Much appreciated in advance.

I didn't talk much about non-US businesses trying to incorporate or setup in the US, but you can at least get the idea for US businesses.
