    just go to wikipedia and search for mobile telephone numbering in india, you will get the primary switches from there, then use a number generator that would generate numbers for you in those sequences, go ahead and send 1 round of messages to all of those numbers, then check for undelivered messages if your sms provider supports that and filter them out. there you have your database, would work out cheapr than getting any db you may pay for.

    i used to do this every month last year for almost every english speaking country in the world, but now im out of sms marketing, so just letting the world prosper with my method :)
