its to be used an an image to go with text to piont people to a forum
mostly new internet users no trying to get a "community" sort of image
bit like this

Have you tried searching in the royalty free stock photos websites?

It might be a good idea if you haven't done that yet. Try to check sites like
Lucky Oliver, StockXpert and iStockphoto dot com

 

Google "download icons" and you will get a few icon sets like that.
