Buying Looking for Illustrator for Children's Book

I'm looking for an illustrator to do 8 drawing for a children's book. The book has a dark tone so the illustrations would need to have a similar feel. All of the illustrations will feature the characters in the book during different scenes. We may use photos for the backgrounds to give it a different look.

You are free to hand-draw or use any computer program you'd like. Illustrator will be given credit on the final product.
