We have two groups that we are aiming at - firstly, UK people looking for outsourced freelancers and secondly, freelancers to bid on the buyers projects. We have already got the wheel turning but just want it to move a little faster now... Thanks for your help...
Well, you can obviously try forum marketing at Digitalpoint. If you see writers asking for work in the B/S/T section or the copywriting section, point them to your site. Join some freelancing forums and use those as well.
I think you should also promote it through coding/web development forums and optimize it for UK specific search results targeting few effective keywords.
