Hi, I am looking for an HTML coder who can firstly make me an easy to use rating system. Basically I will have 10 downloads on a page (or near to that) and I want each one to be votable (1-5 stars) so users can vote them. I also want someone to make a script which will allow users to upload there own items, with certain inputs like "Title" "Author" "Size" etc and only certain filesizes and extensions, aswell as uploading an image to go with it. As well as this I want to have a "report" icon so when clicked a message is sent to a certain e-mail(s) informing that the button has been pressed. Now, depending on how much this costs I may not hire anyone as I am on a limited budget. I honestly have no idea how much it will cost so just posting this thread to get an idea. Thanks
