Looking for HTML and CSS help

    I am looking for someone to help me fix up a website I have. I need all new banners made for it then a new domain and 4 subdomains added to it to replace the current one. Plus more stuff within that I have no clue how to do. I know HTML but am VERY limited.

    Please let me know if you can help me at all.
