The rates are non-negotiable as they are set by the exchange. We offer 100% fill for both desktop and mobile. PM me your url and I will see if I can get you approved. We have made a special agreement with a large video ad exchange, they will pay regardless of an ad is showing or not. In order to get approved, your site must have a decent amount of English speaking visitors, have the 300x250 banner placed above the fold and have a fairly nice layout. Whether your site qualify or not, is entirely up to the exchange, there is nothing I can do about it. Streaming sites are very welcome to apply. Adult sites will not be accepted.
