Hmmm .. I'd recommend 3ix hosting to you . I have 4 of my websites running on their shared hosting . They provide unlimited bandwidth at 3$ a month and they have plans starting at 1$/month . The reason i love their service is because of their support.. .its just amazing , and for me that really counts. Anyway, its up to you to decide. They offer cheap hosting but, when i was using it. i got a problems: 1. my website got some viruses. 2. unlimited bandwidth, but got sometimes too slow to acess 3. always got problem regarding server side like mysql, cpanel... 4. when you buy an expert plan or above. they never activate the SSH features, its hassles 5. 3ix hosting doesn't support video and pictures streaming and especially FFMPEG feature.
In future be aware from the hosting companies offering unlimited disk space or bandwidth. Unlimited is not possible in any aspect of life and there is nothing without limits. The term unlimited is only a marketing strategy go through the TOS of companies offering unlimited space or bandwidth and you will find some restrictions after all nothing in the world is unlimited.
You're right mate, got my sites turned off because they ate the 200GB of "unlimited" bandwidth written in the small print which I overlooked I know, my bad. I don't think there is any shared plan can provide reliable ffmpeg, it's cpu-intensive. If you want ffmpeg support, the better solution is go with VPS or dedicated.
