So, I'm looking for a very cheap hosting, since I need for now 20-25 Mb (yes, mega, not Giga) of space and about 5-10Gb bandwith/month with an option to increase. I need one accepting porn. I don't do proxy and for now I don't have porn but it's in my mind later on... Looking for something like $5/year since it's so small account. But again, with option to increase. Let me know. Thanks!
Well,to be frank,adult hosting doesn't come cheap although you request low requirement. You need to pay at least $20/yr for the spec you mention.

The requirements you mentioned are very reasonable, I don't know specifically about $5/year but you should be able to find a very cheap yearly rate with many providers. If you're looking for options to increase, it would be good to go with an all-round provider that allows you to upgrade and go straight up to VPS/dedicated/colocation if you ever needed it. Many hosts don't have such small plans though either, so you may need to contact ones that you're interested in to work out a quote or custom plan. As for the adult side of things, many providers allow this and really shouldn't be too hard to accommodate, if I were you just a quick review of TOS or asking the provider should be all you need to do to make sure they allow adult content
