Hey, I am currently looking for a website support team, who will basically help out on our hosting support. Basically you will be a live chat representative and will help customers or other people with problems they may have. We cannot give you administration access to the server to fix problems, but if there are any problems reported with the server, you will need to pass them on to me via our support system. You will be required to have basic knowledge of cPanel and WHM and server management, so if you need to report a problem on to me you will be able to give me a brief description on how to fix the problem. And also you must have a lot of patience and be polite to people requesting live help and ticket support. All convocations will be recorded, so if we find anything unacceptable, we shall need to stop you from helping out. Also, we will not be able to pay you until we get more sales for our hosting. Also you will need to have good experience in persuading people to buy a few of our hosting plans, but yet stick to selling the plans we already have for the prices we already have, unless we have any offers.
