your best option is hostmonster.com resource usage guarantee cant be assured. but it will be better and you will get to use most of space and BW with HM than getting big space from some sellers around here from their reseller plans.

thats the best fit one to avoid scams and dail-moving-hosting deal providers because that much space and BW full usage needs a vps or a dedi or stronger share hosting
