looking for hoster that meats these requirements

    I'm looking to create a free forum hoster, below is the requirements that i need. i dont need dedicated or vps.

    Requirements:
    - Operating System: Linux based or Windows.
- Web server: Apache HTTP Server 1.3 or higher.
- Apache Modules: mod_rewrite (*).
- Script Engine: PHP 4.3.3 or higher.
- PHP Libraries: MySQL, PCRE, XML, GD (*), Imagemagic (*), Zlib Compression (*), Remote FTP (*), iconv (*), mbstring (*) and IonCube loader (if not, PHP must support dynamic library dl() function).
- Database server: MySQL 4.1.2 or higher.
- Databases: 1 database but should be unlimited.
- Hosting Account Access: ability to park/point domains (*).
- Server access: Ability to edit (or have edited for you) apache config file httpd.conf to make wildcard entry.
- DNS access: Ability to edit (or have edited for you) DNS entry of your domains to make wildcard dns entry.
***** Requirements with (*) are optional requirements.
***** Because echoPHP MF only works on subdomains so it requires Server access and DNS access to make wildcard entries. If you don't have those accesses, please ask your hosting provider to have them edited.

    dawilster, the requirements you're asking for can be gotten with nearly all cPanel-based hosting providers, as it (cPanel) offers one of the simplest ways I've ever seen to achieve wildcard subdomains.

    The cheapest VPS I have seen is from microVPS.com. It costs $19.95 per month.
    At OP, with your budget, you will hardly have something decent.

    www.junaweb.com can help you out there - we offer what you need and more - about the server access - you can use htaccess to set up wildcards so it shouldn't be a problem at all - our packages start at $1.09/month (prices are expected to rise in November so if you want to order, it'll be good to do it before November)

    but in the end, good luck with whoever you want to go with

    Dont go for cheap, fora can give a vps a beating.
