Looking For Honest Opinions On My Discussion Forum

    Please provide me a honest assesment of my forum. http://www.ptcdiscussionforum.com/
    It is already page one Google for ptc discussion sites, but I would like to improve and expand it's reach. Also I am looking for ways to monetize the site out side of selling banner placement spots.. Any ideas on both?

    I like the rolling banner strip at the top however Im not too sure on the colour scheme
