Well I don't know about that

 

Per sign up programs are prone to fraud so you won't find many. Plus at the end of the day, if your referrals do not convert, you'll be kicked out pretty fast.

Try the AllAffiliatePrograms' Affiliate Directory & Networking site. I see a few dozen per lead programs there.

 

Yes this is the main drawback in pay per free sign up affiliation program. Like AFF they pay well for free sign ups also but after few days if your free sign ups not convert into paid members ship then they won't pay you

 

The Rock, you're absolutely right. I never buy into any of those CPA offers unless you can drive good quality 'Paid Search' traffic to them. At our network AffiliateBOT.com, we have tons of CPA ads but only affiliates with relevant content are approved for them. Most other affiliates will just end up bringing in frauds. It's easy to sign up, so anyone with an itchy finger can just fill up a form for nothing.

Try CPA networks. There are plenty campaigns paying only for leads/free registrations (dating, auto , health, education). You can also try the famous zip/email submits.
