Looking for helper - long term

Hi,

What I am looking for I suppose is a helper and preferably for long term.

Lets start with the requirements for this project below.

I have an article Directory (2 actually) .. and i need someone to approve the articles. I will give you access to a moderator page.

Basically, you need to review each article and decline bad ones and accept good ones. The criteria of which I can further talk about if we give you the job.

The requirements is basically a good understanding of whether an article is informative or not. Also to read and sort the article into the CORRECT article.

I need from you an hourly rate I suppose for this work....I can see how our webtracker or something to see if you are working for those hours. You can also suggest alternative payment scheme.

Payment method will be via paypal.


We have really a lot of stuff that can use some help if your rate is reasonable and work is of quality.


Pls provide your hourly rate and how many hours you can devote to help us a week or per day. Also please state reasons of why you are suitable, your skills for us to consider other types of work and your suitability.

I think I will only consider a member with above 100 posts counts so I can check their posts history and also a good itrader preferably.

Can I say again to other interested people that you need to tell me your hourly rate rather than have me suggest. Everyone has different skills and are from different countries with different living standards, please don't ask me to guess what is a comfortable rate for you.

If you suggest a high rate, thats ok as long as you have the skills and commitment to back it up and can convince me of it.

Currently trying out someone... but not really seen much of or heard back from him much ... Will contact others that have applied if the current guy falls through.

I will also add that some guys have quoted me US15 a hour. Whilst I realize that the living standards vary but I can hire a full time staff for much less that that rate. So those will be ignored.
