Looking for HelpDesk script to do the folowing

    Hello,
    I am looking for a helpdesk software to do the folowing:
    - when a client send a trouble ticket to an agent responds to that ticket the client to receive the response on the email.(not in the helpdesk's interface)

    i don't want the client to be taken out from it's outlook client
