    hello, my friends anybody can clarify my doubt, i.e is it necessary keep USA phone number for creating affiliate web site.( i heard the affiliates will approach us via phone for giving some unique identity number)

    no it is not necessary, however you do need a phone number when applying to affiliate networks.
