    Hello all,

I'm looking for a service or someone willing to make a website look the same in Firefox as it does in IE6 and 7.

I have a site that appears fine in IE but is really ugly in FF.

Is there anyone who does this as a service?

    Thank you

    J

if your designing for ie, then your probably catering for it's many bugs so when you view it in firefox your seeing a version without double floated margins etc...

you can view a list of the bugs here... www.positioniseverything.net/explorer.html

this might help in fixing up the browser compatability because if it dosn't render in firefox i assume it would be the same case with opera and safari

Firefox is very picky when using styles / css and IE is very "childish". I prefer using firefox first then checking my site on IE. also, making sure the site is validated!!!!

Example of this issue: look at my site msmods.com in firefox, the google search is towards the left of the header background graphic...

Now look in ie, the search box is centered of the header background graphic... I could fix this easily but I left it for the heck of it.

I suppose I should have used FF when building it, but now I'm in a pickle.

    Thanks for the reply

how big is the site? are all the pages off the one template which is having the problems? if the jobs not too big i might have enough time to quickly fix it up for you.
