Looking for help with drupal

    I'm brand new to drupal so I don't have a clue how it works. I'm looking for someone to install it, add some plugins and install a premade template from template monster. then install adsense on the banner and right column. here is the template I'm looking at

    I'm on a budget so thats why I'm going with a premade template
